The IT Systems Analyst is the first line of support for users and managers for the software and systems used by Bluestem Communities to carry out the operations of our service-oriented business. A successful candidate will be able to analyze and diagnose problems to find the root cause and implement a resolution. It will be critical to think outside the box, understand how systems are interconnected, and be able to document systems and networks. In addition, this position supports the strategic initiatives of the IT department, working with the IT Director in strategic planning, configuration, deployments, and ongoing support.
The IT systems analyst's primary responsibilities include:
